Why are prices from Express Canadian Drugs lower then at U.S pharmacies?
The Canadian government regulates what pharmaceutical companies may charge, whereas in the US, pharmacies are allowed to price as they please.
What do I need to get started?
Ordering medications is simple. All we need is your information including a brief medical history, and your prescription which you can fax or have your Doctor fax to us at 1-586-445-3708, or you can drop it of or mail it to our office at 27113 Harper Suite 106, St. Clair Shores, MI 48080.
How long does it take to fill an order?
From the time we receive a completed and accurate information it will take between 14-20 business days for your first order, and about 10-14 business days for refills.
What is your privacy policy?
Protecting your information is our primary concern. Express Canadian Drugs maintains a strict policy on protecting your privacy. All patient information is used for the sole purpose of dispensing medication.
Are there any additional fees?
There are no additional fees for re-writing your prescriptions nor are there any membership/club fees.
Will I be charged sales tax?
No. There are no sales tax or duty charges on your Express Canadian Drug orders.
IF applicable, the only other charge on your order will be for shipping.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance. What you can do, is submit your invoice for reimbursement from your insurance company.
How long will my prescription last for?
Your prescription will be valid for one year. Assuming 90 day supplies and 3 refills on your original prescriptions, you will be able to order up to 3 month supplies for one full year.
How can I pay for my medications?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Debit Cards or checks. However, if paying by check, there will be an additional 3 week wait for your medications to arrive.
How much can I save on my medications?
Most clients save anywhere between 40% to 70% on their medications.
Are the medications the same as if I were to order them at a retail U.S pharmacy?
Yes. All medications have to pass rigorous testing to ensure safety, same as they do in the United States. Canadian medications are manufactured under Good Manufacturing Practices and meet all Canadian legal standards. The standards for Canadian drugs are among the most stringent in the world.
What if I do not see my medication on your website?
If you do not see your medication listed on our website please call Express Canadian Drugs to see if it is available.
What is your return policy?
Express Canadian Drugs cannot return any medication once it has been released by the pharmacy. Federal policies prohibit returns.
Are all medications available?
Express Canadian Drugs can ship all medication that is not controlled. We suggest calling and asking, to make sure your prescription is available.
Are there any shipping charges?
Shipping charges are flat-rate between $6-12, depending on which pharmacy your medication is coming from. Our U.S., pharmacy has a $6 charge, the Canadian pharmacy has a $9 charge, and our European pharmacy has a $12 shipping charge. No matter if you order one Rx or ten, it is one shipping. You can also link your order with family member's orders.
